Privacy & Cookie Policy

This policy explains the privacy approach of temirtech.com ("Site"), the cookies it uses, and the third-party service providers it works with. For detailed information on the processing of personal data, see the Personal Data Protection Notice (KVKK).

1. Our Approach: Data Minimisation

The Site is built to operate on as little data as possible:

• No marketing analytics. Your visits are not measured or profiled for advertising or marketing purposes.
• No advertising technology. There are no third-party ad networks, pixels, or retargeting scripts.
• No behavioural tracking. Session replay and similar behaviour recording are not used.
• Only technical error monitoring and performance measurement is performed (Sentry — EU/Frankfurt region): error and speed data is collected to keep the Site working and fast; it involves no personal profiling and uses no cookies.
• Personal data is processed only if you submit the contact form.

2. Cookies

The Site uses only cookies that are strictly necessary for the service to function:

• Language preference cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) — remembers your Turkish/English preference for your next visit. It is not linked to your identity and is not shared with third parties.
• Cloudflare Turnstile — runs only on the Contact page to protect the form against bots. During verification, Cloudflare may process technical signals about the browser environment.

Since no cookies requiring explicit consent (analytics, marketing, or tracking) are used, the Site does not display a cookie consent banner, in line with the Turkish DPA's Guideline on Cookie Practices. If a cookie requiring consent is ever added, this policy will be updated and a consent mechanism introduced.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

Providers engaged as data processors for the operation of the Site, and their roles:

• Vercel Inc. — hosting and content delivery.
• Cloudflare Inc. — domain management, network infrastructure, bot verification (Turnstile), and e-mail routing.
• Resend — delivery of contact form submissions by e-mail.
• Upstash Inc. — rate limiting (form abuse protection).
• Proton AG — corporate mailbox.
• Functional Software, Inc. (Sentry) — technical error monitoring and performance measurement (EU/Frankfurt region).

These providers process data only on our instructions and to the extent the service requires; which data is processed for which purpose is detailed in the Personal Data Protection Notice (KVKK).

4. Data Security

• All traffic is encrypted with TLS (HTTPS).
• Form input is validated and sanitised server-side; rate limiting and bot verification prevent abuse.
• Access keys are managed under the principle of least privilege; no secrets are kept in source code.
• Server logs are short-lived and technical in nature.

5. Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. TemirTech is not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.
